What you believe affects how you feel

Your beliefs affect your biology

There is a relatively new field that is getting more attention these days. It has a really big name Psychoneuroimmunology, or PNI for short. Basically if you break it down psycho (psyche-mental- mind), neuro (your nervous system) and of course immunology is you immune system.

What this breaks down to is, what you think affects how you feel. There is a great deal of research being done that validates this. And there is research being done on what can be done to help people change and therefore feel better.

Some of the interventions include biofeedback, meditation and hypnotherapy. Of course just being aware of what you are thinking is a great first step to help break old belief patterns.
