Refund Cancellation And Shipping Policies
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, the essential oils cannot be returned once they are opened. If you want to return them prior to breaking the seal on the bottle they must be returned within two weeks of purchase.
All other items must be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled. They must be returned for a refund.
Cancellations
Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled they must be returned for a refund. If the order has not yet been shipped you can cancel the order by sending an e mail or calling us. See the "contact Us" page.
Shipping
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at the time you complete your order. All orders are shipped within 7 business days (does not include week-ends or holidays) after purchase.
